Children's SW - Locality Team - Central Bedfordshire

• Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with families, children, and other stakeholders.
• Providing direct support and guidance to families to improve their circumstances.
• Collaborating with schools, health services, and community organizations to coordinate support.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records in accordance with local policies and statutory requirements.

To be considered for this position, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in children's social work, preferably within a Local Authority setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and families.
• Sound knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
