Children's SW - Family Support Team - Rhondda

Key responsibilities

Qualifications and skills

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Care Wales.
• Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in family support settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex caseloads.
