Programme structure

Year one

• Begin your postgraduate diploma.

Years two and three

• Step into a paid role as a newly qualified social worker (starting salary up to £34,000, with higher pay in some London boroughs).
• Continue your studies towards your master s degree
• Become part of the Frontline Fellowship, a national network offering career-long support, development and opportunities.

As a children s social worker, you ll:
