Children's Residential Team Leader - Lead & Grow (Sleep-In)

Almond Care Ltd. in Sileby, Leicestershire, is seeking an experienced ChildrenB1s Residential Care Team Leader. You will lead shifts, supervise staff and contribute to a caring, safe home for children aged 5-18 with LD/EBD needs.

The role involves sleep-ins, 40-hour weeks, and weekends as per rota. A QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent is preferred; driving is required. DBS check and ongoing training provided.
