Children's Residential Life Practitioner Community Care

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners to join our team at Clover Farm in Friesthorpe, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them lead fuller, more independent lives by assisting daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.

A company vehicle is provided for transport; a full UK driving licence or two years driving in the UK is required.
