£35,950 - £37,638 OTE (including sleep ins) + £1,000 joining bonus
40 hours per week + sleep ins
2 days on / 4 days off (alternate week pattern)
About the RoleWe are looking for passionate and dedicated Children's Residential Care Workers to join a supportive and established team in Derby. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. You will play a key role in supporting children to build confidence, develop independence, and reach their full potential within a safe and nurturing home environment. You'll be responsible for providing emotional support, promoting positive behaviours, and ensuring the overall wellbeing of the children in your care.
What You'll Be Doing- Providing day to day care and emotional support to young people
- Promoting independence, life skills, and social development
- Supporting with routines, education, and activities
- Maintaining a safe and structured environment
- Working as part of a team to deliver high quality care

What We're Looking For- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards)
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare
- Full UK driving licence
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
