Job Description
Childrens Home Manager - 2 Bed EBD Home

Location: Chipping, PR3

Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum - inclusive of bonuses

Additional earning potential
  • Ofsted bonus up to £3,000.00 per year
  • Sign on bonus up to £2,000.00 in the first 6 months
  • Total first year earnings potential up to £66,000.00
  • Ongoing annual earnings potential up to £63,000.00

What we're looking for
  • At least 3 years in a senior role within children's EBD care
  • Previous leadership or management experience within a children's home
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and residential care standards
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Willingness to complete or hold Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
