Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Registered Manager
• Previous experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance requirements
• Right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not available

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and management of the home, ensuring high-quality care delivery
• Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead, motivate and develop the staff team to achieve positive outcomes for the people supported
• Manage budgets, resources and occupancy levels effectively
• Promote a person-centred approach that enables individuals to achieve their goals and maximise independence
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards across all areas of the service
