Job Description

About the RoleAs a Children's Home Support Worker , you will support children and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviour in a residential setting in Welwyn Garden City. Working 12-hour shifts , you'll provide consistent, person-centred care on a 1:1 basis and as part of a team, helping to promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and daily living skills. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment, supporting young people with their routines, activities, and development while following care plans and behaviour support strategies.
