Location: Peterborough, England. Sector: Social Care. Salary: £50,000.00 to £65,000.00 per annum.

Registered Children's Residential Home Manager - Up to £65,000 - Peterborougher Area - Experienced Children's Home.

About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in building and leading a newly formed team dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of care. You will oversee recruitment, development and motivation of staff, fostering a safe, supportive and empowering environment for vulnerable young people. What They are Looking For in a Registered Children's Residential Home Manager
  • Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a children's residential setting
  • Previous management experience in a children's home is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation
  • In-depth understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Energetic, confident, and inspiring leadership skills
  • Proficient with computer systems and IT
  • Highly organised with excellent multi tasking abilities
