Children's Home Manager

Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (EBD)
Location: Bolton, BL4, Greater Manchester
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

• Lead the setup, registration, and opening of the home
• Develop a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people
• Build, lead, and manage a dedicated staff team
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and frameworks
• Drive high standards of care and positive outcomes for children
• Establish strong internal processes, policies, and culture

• Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
• Have at least 2 years' experience in a children's residential setting within the last 5 years
• Have experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulations
• Be confident in opening and developing a new service
• Be resilient, values led, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for children
