Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (EBD) - Stafford

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

• Supporting males aged 8-18
• Therapeutic approach to care
• The home is fully prepared and ready to operate

The Role

• Lead and develop the home to a high standard of care
• Have autonomy to shape and improve policies and procedures
• Build and manage a dedicated staff team
• Drive a therapeutic and child centred culture
• Play a key role in the organisation's growth and future direction

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Full UK driving licence
• Passion for delivering high quality care and achieving positive outcomes
