Children's Home Manager - Lead a New 3-Bed Home & Drive Outcomes

Purosearch Ltd in Poulton-le-Fylde is seeking a Children's Home Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bed residential home. You will oversee daily operations, safeguarding, and high quality care for children and young people, ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.

You will recruit and develop the staff team, implement individualised care plans, monitor care quality, and collaborate with families, social workers and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
