Purosearch Ltd is recruiting a Children's Home Manager to lead a new two-bed EBD home in Buckhurst Hill. You'll oversee staff, ensure high standards of care and safety, and drive positive outcomes for young people.

Ideal candidates will hold Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People (or enrolled) and have experience managing a children's home or at least 2 years in a residential setting, with resilience and a genuine desire to make a difference.
