Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £17.00 ph + £60 per sleep
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to oversee a solo EBD home, in Liverpool. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive environment. The Deputy Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the home, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with care standards.
Responsibilities- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Support children with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver exceptional person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Assist in staff training, supervision, and development
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Support children and young people, meeting OFSTED standards
- Deputy Manager experience
- Knowledge of OFSTED regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work a mixture of on and off-shift patterns, including approximately one sleep shift per week
- Relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) is preferred
