Children's Home Deputy Manager - Leadership Path

The Beeches UK is seeking a Deputy Manager to join the Children's Residential team on a full-time basis. You will lead and support staff, develop care plans, and ensure high standards of safety and safeguarding for young people.

This role offers 40 hours per week, including sleep-ins, with a salary of £36,629 per annum plus up to £700 extra per month for sleep-ins. A Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care is essential, and a full UK driving licence is preferred.
