£65,000+ per annum + £7,500 Joining Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children's residential homes supporting young people with complex needs.

This role offers the chance to lead high-performing teams, shape positive outcomes, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

• Hold Ofsted registration for two children's residential homes
• Provide strong leadership and day to day management across both services
• Deliver high-quality, trauma informed care
• Build positive relationships with external professionals and families
• Promote a culture of safeguarding, stability, and positive outcomes
• Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations & Quality Standards
• Lead, develop, and inspire staff teams

• Experienced Registered Manager within children's residential care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted inspections and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple services effectively
• Passionate, resilient, and child centred approach
• Strong leadership and communication skills
