  • NightsOnly
  • FullRota - covering days, nights,weekends, and bank holidays.
  • BankStaff - Working on an ad-hocbasis.
What the role is really about

This is more than just a job.

It's about helping young people feel safe, supported, andlistened to. Some days that might mean helping with cooking a meal, supportingwith routines, having a chat after a difficult day, encouraging them witheducation or activities, or simply being a consistent person they can rely on.

You'll be part of a supportive team creating a stable andcaring home environment for children and young people aged 12-17.

No two days are the same, but every day gives you the chanceto make a positive impact.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • Holdor willing to work towards a Level 3 Children Residential Childcarequalification (or Equivalent).
  • Experience working with children is an advantage
  • Caringand approachable
  • Calmunder pressure
  • Ableto build positive relationships
  • Reliableand flexible
  • Passionateabout helping young people grow in confidence and independence
  • Having a full UK driver's license is an advantage for this role.

Experience in care is helpful, but your attitude and valuesmatter just as much.
