We are seeking a passionate and committed Qualified Social Worker who is ready to take on the challenges of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children within our community. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that children are protected and their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and risks in accordance with safeguarding protocols.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and other professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding strategies.
- Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
