We are currently recruiting dynamic, caring, and experienced Children's Support Workers to join a dedicated team at a unique 3-bedroom children's home in Bournemouth. The home supports children with learning disabilities and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment both inside and beyond the home. What We Offer:

- £13.00 per hour for qualified Support Workers (Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent)

Shift Pattern:
- 3-week rolling rota including sleep-ins
- Typical shift: 7:00am to 7:30am (with sleep-in)
- One weekend in every three Example rota:
- Week 1: 2 days (e.g., Wednesday & Friday)
- Week 2: 2 days (e.g., Tuesday & Thursday)
- Week 3: 3 days (e.g., Monday, Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a corporate parent, providing care and emotional support
- Assist with cooking, cleaning, homework, and recreational activities
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children
- Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting
- Support children with appointments and health checks
- Apply therapeutic approaches including the PACE model to support children who have experienced trauma
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children in a support setting
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) preferred
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
