Job Title: Residential Support Worker - Children's Home

Location: Liverpool, L11

Salary: £13.83 per hour + £60 per sleep (10 sleeps per month)

Hours: 2 on / 4 off shifts

About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Residential Support Workers to join our children's home in Liverpool. You will provide high-quality care, support, and guidance to the children living in the home while working as part of a friendly and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care, support, and supervision for children in the home.
• Assist with education, social, and recreational activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with your team and follow home policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work 2 on / 4 off shifts, including sleep-ins.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring and patient approach with children.
