Children & Youth Support Worker: Flexible Shifts

Paragon Social Care in Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire is hiring a Children's Support Worker to assist young people in residential and community settings. The role focuses on providing stable, trauma-informed support and helping individuals reach personal goals.

You will work 2-3 shifts per week, using effective communication with young people and professionals, and you may need to drive a company vehicle to support activities and transport. DBS checks are required.
