Children & Family Social Work Team Leader

Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking a Team Manager for the East Duty and Assessment Service on a 9-12 month secondment covering maternity leave. Grade PO6; salary £51,356 - £54,495, 37 hours per week.

You will lead a team of six social workers and a community resource worker, provide reflective supervision, monitor performance, and drive safeguarding outcomes for children and families.
