Service Care Legal are working with a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm in West London is seeking an experienced Children Panel Accredited Child Care Solicitor to join its growing Family team. This is a senior role offering autonomy, flexible working, and the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues.ROLE: Childcare Solicitor (Children Panel Accredited) LOCATION: West LondonSalary: £45,000-£60,000 DOEPQE: 5+ yearsThe Role

• Manage a complex public and private Child Care caseload, including Legal Aid/CCMS and advocacy

• Represent parents, family members, and children (directly or via CAFCASS Guardians)
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and caseworkers, supporting team development
• Contribute to business development and strengthening referral networks

The Person

• Children Panel Accredited Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Child Care
• Strong experience in Legal Aid, care proceedings, and sensitive client matters
• Confident advocate with excellent drafting, case management, and client care skills
• Commercially aware, proactive, and able to build trusted professional relationships
