Child Law Solicitor - Public Family & Care Advocacy

Legal Southwest is recruiting an experienced Child Law Lawyer to join its Family Department in Taunton or Exeter. You will advise and represent clients in public family law matters, including care proceedings and child protection issues, within a supportive regional practice.

The role requires a solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience, strong advocacy in the Family Court, and a commitment to high standards of client care and collaboration.
