Job Description

Worked in Summer Camps, Camp America, Coaching, Social care, Childcare? If you're confident leading groups, managing behaviour and building positive relationships, your skills are highly transferable to Primary education. We're recruiting Learning Mentors to support pupils in classroom settings and on 1:1 basis.

We're Looking For People Who Have:
  • Led groups of children (camps, sports, youth clubs)
  • Managed behaviour positively and consistently
  • Supported young people's development
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
The Role
  • Supporting small group learning
  • Assisting pupils with literacy and numeracy
  • Encouraging teamwork and cooperation
  • Preparing classroom resources
  • Supporting extracurricular activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
