Child & Family Social Worker (0-18) - Interdisciplinary Team

Avista is a dynamic disability service providing clinical supports and residential services to children with complex needs. This post is for the Children's Disability Network Team in Cabra/Blakestown and may involve working across the 3 teams with supervision and support.

You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering services to 0-18-year-olds and their families in a family-centered model. Applicants should hold NQSW or equivalent, CORU registration with CPD, and a valid driving license.
