Chief Trading Services & Execution

Hargreaves Lansdown plc is seeking a Head of Trading Services in Bristol to lead the Dealing Desk and own the service model, controls and performance across the full trading lifecycle. You will work with Product, Technology, Operations and Risk to ensure fair, reliable access to markets and robust client outcomes.

Your responsibilities include setting strategy and operating models, managing 15 colleagues, overseeing best execution, and driving improvements across order capture to fulfilment.
