What you will do

• Build and manage a high performing engineering team, scaling from 10 to 25+ engineers.
• Define and drive the architectural direction, technology choices, and long term technical roadmap.
• Partner closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful, user centric solutions.

The ideal candidate

• 10+ years in engineering, with 4+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
• Proven success scaling engineering teams in Series A-B startup environments.
• Deep technical expertise across cloud infrastructure, backend, and mobile technologies.
