YMCA South Midlands is seeking an ambitious Head of Communications & Campaigns to shape how we tell our story and strengthen our reputation. You'll work closely with the CEO, enjoy autonomy, and turn ambitious ideas into campaigns with measurable impact.

You'll lead our Communications & Campaigns function, develop strategies across digital, brand, fundraising communications and media relations, and build a high-performing team to drive growth and engagement.
