• Trading Risk Management: Lead trading risk management initiatives,ensuring that all trading activities are conducted within the company's risk appetite and regulatory frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, law, or related field;
• 8-10+ years of risk management experience, particularly in a banks trading or financial services environment.
• Proven experience in managing trading risk, with exposure to otherrisk categories such as market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk.
• Strong understanding of UK ' s regulatory environment with experience in interacting withregulators.
• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with creative approachesto support business growth and development.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and ableto adapt to Startups.
• Ability to communicate risk management strategies clearly andeffectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
