Chief Procurement & Commercial Strategy Lead

RHAELM is seeking a Head of Procurement and Commercial Management to lead procurement strategy and commercial governance across our infrastructure portfolio, ensuring contracts, suppliers, and cost positions meet government and security requirements.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from strategy through negotiation to performance management, building a high-performing team and delivering value in regulatory, legal, and risk contexts.
