To strengthen its Medicine department at the Moutier site, we are looking for the following specialist: Job Description Lead the clinical activity at a management level in internal medicine and participate in the on-call rotation of senior physicians, ensuring optimal and safe care. Supervise and train physicians while coordinating care with nursing teams and other specialties to ensure an integrated and multidisciplinary approach. Actively contribute to the development of the internal medicine service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to institutional and Le Réseau de l'Arc projects, while ensuring rigorous follow-up of medical files, treatments, and interventions, and supporting continuous improvement. Qualifications Hold a Swiss FMH specialization in internal medicine (or an equivalent recognized qualification) or possess a MEBEKO registration/recognition in Switzerland, or be in the process of obtaining it. Confirmed hospital experience, ideally in a physician role. Proven experience in medical supervision, interdisciplinary work, and team management, with responsibilities, professional rigor, and a commitment to high-quality medicine.
