Chief People Officer, OD & Culture Transformation

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a highly experienced People leader to set and drive workforce and culture strategy across North Wales. You will influence the Board and work with executive teams, unions and partners to deliver safe, high-performing NHS services.

You will champion compassionate leadership, staff engagement and continuous improvement, leading large multidisciplinary teams and transformational change across a complex healthcare system.
