Chief People Officer: Growth & Acquisition Leader

Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a PE-backed, high-growth professional services organisation in Dublin to appoint a Chief People Officer. This is a commercially focused HR leadership role reporting to the CEO, shaping and delivering the people agenda during a period of rapid growth and transformation.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, lead acquisitions, design the people function for scale, and ensure compliant, modern people policies across ROI and NI.
