Position: Chief People Officer
What you'll be doing:
- Design programs to attract and retain talent and enhance employee engagement
- Ensure HR plans align with our business objectives
- Partner with the Executive Team on human resource planning, organizational design, leadership development, and performance management
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers; identify issues and implement solutions to improve retention and engagement
- Align all policies, procedures, and processes with our culture and values
- Manage risk and compliance activities, including safety, liability, and employment matters; participate in COMSEC and ISMS improvements
What you'll need to be successful:
- At least 10 years of experience leading a people function
- Proven strategic planning skills with the ability to translate plans into action
- Exceptional people management, relationship-building, emotional intelligence, and influence skills
- Extensive risk management experience, including overseeing complex legal matters and litigation; participation in Management Reviews and ISMS improvements
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Multicultural competence with a focus on diversity and inclusion
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Change management experience; turnaround experience is a plus
- Master's degree in Human Resources preferred
