Lloyd's is seeking a dynamic Head of People to sit at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy, advising the Chief People Officer and senior executives to shape leadership, talent and organisational capability for Lloyd's future ambitions.

You'll influence C-suite decisions, lead large-scale transformation, and partner with Centres of Excellence to design scalable people solutions, driving cultural change and sustainable performance across a global marketplace.
