Chief Operating Officer (Mandarin Speaking, Start up experience, £75K, Wine & Spirits, London)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Operating Officer role in a London-based wine & spirit company. The firm was created with the objective of making wine & spirit investment accessible to the masses of individual investors.

Responsibilities

The COO will supervise and manage sales across various platforms to reach quarterly sales targets and develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's short and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at a professional level.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least three years of experience in the eCommerce industry as a leader or manager.
• Building successful teams, products, or businesses with a proven track record.
• Imaginative, meticulous, autonomous, enterprising, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, quickly changing workplace with little guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA (Master of Business Administration).
• Hands-on experience in a startup environment.
• Fluency in Chinese communication; required for coordinating with manufacturers from Mainland China.
