Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer

Monzo is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer in London. You will shape the product vision and strategy, seed initiatives, and build effective ways of working for a scaling Product organisation.

You'll partner with the CPO and Leadership Team, manage complex programs, and ensure the organisation stays focused on high-leverage work while navigating ambiguity with clarity.
