As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic right hand to the executive team, driving high-priority initiatives across finance, operations, and product delivery. This is a hands on operator role where you will solve complex problems, build decision making frameworks, and ensure organizational alignment as the company scales its protective digital solutions globally.

What you will do:

• Drive the company's highest priority work by turning strategic plans into clear, delivered outcomes across the business.
• Lead complex cross functional projects, including launch readiness and operational improvements, to ensure consistent and high quality delivery.
• Build and maintain the company's operating rhythm, including financial modeling, performance tracking, and executive level decision making processes.

The ideal candidate:

• 2 5 years of experience in a high growth startup, scale up, or VC backed environment in an operations or strategy role.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and navigate ambiguity with a strong bias for action and execution.
• Exceptional commercial and financial literacy, with the technical skill to build models and the communication skill to lead company wide initiatives.
