Chief of Global Operations & Logistics Strategy

Adanola is seeking a senior Head of Operations in Manchester to own four core verticals: Fulfilment, Final Mile, Returns, and Intake logistics. You'll define operating models, set standards, and build scalable processes with accountability across the organisation.

You will report to the Finance & Operations Director and will drive end-to-end operational excellence, partner relationships, and data-led decision making in a high-growth ecommerce environment.
