Chief Marketing Officer

What You'll Do

• Define and own the brand strategy, positioning and long-term marketing vision
• Lead performance, content, CRM and brand teams across the full funnel
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value at scale
• Work closely with the CEO and board to align marketing with commercial objectives
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing organisation

What We're Looking For

• Proven CMO or VP Marketing experience in a consumer or DTC environment
• Track record of scaling brands through both performance and brand-led marketing
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to operate at board level
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Creative sensibility combined with a data-driven approach
