Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer

MAG (Airports Group) is seeking a Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion to shape and deliver the organisation's EDI strategy. You will work with senior leaders to turn ambitions into focused actions, guide priorities through insights and feedback, and remove barriers to inclusion across MAG.

You'll lead the development of measurable initiatives, partners with People teams, external organisations and communities, and act as a trusted adviser on inclusive practices.
