Chief Fleet Training, Operations & Maintenance Lead

Skyborne Airline Academy is seeking a General Manager (FTOM) to oversee flight training, operations and maintenance in the UK, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery of training activities across the fleet. The role reports to the CEO and includes cross functional leadership and strategic oversight of aircraft availability and customer service standards.

The position requires airline/ATO experience, senior management capability, and deep knowledge of UK and US aviation regulations.
