We are now seeking an exceptional commercially astute andstrategically minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our SeniorLeadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of ourgrowth.
The Role
As CFO, you will provide strategic financial leadershipacross the business, ensuring robust financial governance, insightfulperformance analysis, and clear direction for sustainable profitability. Youwill be a key partner to the COO, the Managing Director and the Board, helpingto steer decision-making and ensuring the Group is well-positioned for futureopportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the Group's financial strategy, planning, andreporting.
Driving commercial insight to improve business performanceand profitability.
Managing relationships with banks, auditors, and other keystakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, andfinancial requirements.
Leading, developing, and inspiring the finance team.
Supporting M&A, investment, and growth initiatives.
About You
We're looking for a leader who is as comfortable in theboardroom as they are on the dealership floor. You'll be commercially astute,strategically minded, and operationally hands-on when needed.
You will have:
Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader,ideally in a multi-site retail or automotive environment.
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA orequivalent).
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a trackrecord of driving performance.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
