The CFO will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner, guiding the leadership team through growth initiatives, acquisitions, and continued operational excellence.
Job DescriptionReporting directly into the ownership structure, the CFO's main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Lead, coach, train and develop a team of 10+ finance professionals.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and stability.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Oversee cash flow management and capital allocation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to guide business decisions.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
- Drive continuous improvement within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful ApplicantIn return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful incumbent will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- CPA/ MDA - preferred
- 12+ Years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership experience within the construction (or construction aligned) industry
- Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- A passion for driving organizational success through financial expertise.
- Ability to work onsite
- Base salary of $ 240,000 to $ 300,000
- STIP (short term incentive plan) - performance related annual bonus scheme (up to 50%)
