Chief Executive Officer - Youth Leadership & Strategy

The Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) is seeking a values-led, ambitious Chief Executive Officer to drive strategic direction and ensure strong governance. You will lead a diverse staff team, work with the Chair and Board, and build trusted relationships with government, Parliament and partners while promoting youth rights.

We are looking for a leader who can articulate a clear plan, balance political impartiality with impact, and expand SYP's influence across Scotland.
