Chief Digital Experience & Growth Lead

Berkeley Group seeks a Head of Digital Experience to shape the future of our customer-facing digital platforms, including website, app and customer portals. You will align priorities with marketing, technology and operations to deliver measurable value for customers and the business.

You will own the digital product roadmap, lead digital marketing effectiveness and embed a culture of experimentation, using customer insight and data to drive continuous improvement and commercial impact.
