Chief Customer Officer - Architect Scalable CX in Cybersecurity

CyberSentriq is seeking a Chief Customer Officer to architect the customer retention and expansion function in a cybersecurity scale-up backed by PE. You will own GRR and NRR, run the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, and partner with the CISO and Product to align security posture with business growth.
