Chief Compliance & MLRO, Regulatory Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of the regulatory compliance framework and AML/CTF arrangements in the UK. The role carries SMF16 and SMF17 responsibilities, subject to FCA approval.

The post holder will lead the Compliance and Financial Crime function, develop risk-based monitoring, and report to the Board on regulatory risks and customer outcomes.
